TrevorLifeline offers free, confidential support 24/7 through phone, text message (SMS), and online chat. We are dedicated to helping LGBTQ+ young people in the U.S. and Mexico who are facing emotional distress related to gender and sexual identity, loneliness, relationships, suicide, and supporting friends or family members.

In our commitment to preventing suicide, we are here for you if you are considering harming yourself or noticing warning signs in someone else. When you reach out to us, you’ll talk with friendly and supportive volunteers who are trained to help people in your situation. They will listen to your story, help you understand your feelings, and work with you to overcome your challenges. We are available all day, every day, to talk with you.
