The National Bullying Helpline is a service that helps people in the UK who are dealing with bullying. It doesn’t matter how old you are or where the bullying is happening – they’re here to help everyone.

Where does it work?

The National Bullying Helpline works all across the UK. So no matter where you live, you can get help.

Who can use it?

Anyone can use this helpline. It’s for:

  • Kids and teenagers
  • Adults
  • People being bullied
  • People worried about someone else being bullied

What language do they use?

They speak English.

What kinds of bullying can you talk about?

You can talk to them about any kind of bullying:

  • At school
  • At home
  • At work
  • In your neighbourhood
  • Online (cyberbullying)

What other things can you talk about?

Besides bullying, you can also discuss:

  • Feeling worried or anxious
  • Feeling sad or depressed
  • Dealing with stress
  • Coping with trauma
  • Thoughts of hurting yourself
  • How to support others who are being bullied

Is it private?

Yes, what you tell them stays between you and them.
