SOS Silence of Suicide: We’re Here to Listen
SOS Silence of Suicide offers confidential help through our freephone helpline, group meetings in person, and online meetings. We support children aged 12 and older, young people, and adults who feel vulnerable and need someone trustworthy to talk to, like our SOS volunteers.
Our volunteers have enhanced DBS certificates and have been trained to help you properly.
Our support is free, but calls to our number are charged at the standard rate.
From the beginning, we’ve aimed to break down the shame and silence that stop important conversations. We want everyone to talk openly about their feelings and mental health.
Whether you feel lonely, a bit down, or have thoughts of suicide, our volunteers are here to help you. They will work with you to improve your mental wellbeing. If you want to be treated as an individual, call SOS for support.
Save our number on your phone: 0300 1020 505. We look forward to helping you.
