What is Premier Lifeline?
Premier Lifeline is a phone service that offers support to anyone in the UK who needs someone to talk to. They’re here to listen and help with any problem you might have, big or small.

Who can use it?
Anyone in the UK can call Premier Lifeline. You don’t need to be religious to use their service, but they do offer a Christian perspective if you’d like that.

What language do they use?
They speak English.

What kinds of things can you talk about?
You can talk about anything that’s bothering you. Some common topics include:

  • Feeling worried or sad
  • Being bullied
  • Family problems
  • Trouble at school or work
  • Feeling lonely
  • Struggles with food or your body image
  • Dealing with loss or grief
  • Relationships
  • Feeling stressed
  • Thoughts of hurting yourself
  • Addiction problems
  • Abuse at home

Remember, there’s no problem too big or small to discuss.

How does it work?
When you call, someone will:
