About LGBT National Hotline

The LGBT National Hotline offers free, confidential support by phone and online chat. We are here for the LGBTQ+ community in the United States and Canada, providing emotional support for issues like abuse, domestic violence, anxiety, bullying, depression, family problems, gender and sexual identity, grief and loss, loneliness, relationships, self-harm, stress, suicide, trauma, and PTSD.

We are dedicated to preventing suicide. If you are thinking about harming yourself or ending your life, we will listen to you without judgment and provide support.

When you contact us, you will speak with friendly and supportive peers who are experienced in helping people in your situation. They will listen to your story, help you understand your feelings, and work with you to navigate your challenges.
