SANEline is for adults (people 18 and over) in the UK. It doesn’t matter who you are or where you’re from – if you need someone to talk to, they’re here for you.

You can talk to SANEline about lots of different issues, like:

How does SANEline work?
SANEline has a special call-back system:
- You call their number: 0300 124 7900
- You leave a message with your name and phone number
- One of their support team will try to call you back within 48 hours (that’s 2 days)
Is it private?
Yes, what you tell them stays between you and them.
