What can you talk about? Just about anything! You can share your feelings about school, friends, family, or how you’re feeling about yourself. Maybe you’re worried about bullying, feeling lonely, or having trouble with stress or anxiety. Don’t worry, you’re not alone. The people on the other end of the line have helped others just like you.

Who can call? Anyone! Young people, adults, and people from all walks of life can call. It doesn’t matter where you live in the United States, you can call.

Is it safe? Absolutely! Your calls are private and no one will know you called. The people you talk to are really good at listening and helping. They won’t judge you and they want to help you feel better.

Remember: Talking about your feelings is important. You don’t have to go through tough times alone. The LGBT National Youth Talkline is here to listen and support you.
